Voice instructions and visual icons that are paced to your actions to help guide you through the entire process from placing the pads on the patients to delivering CPR and a defibrillation shock. A speaker is located at the bottom of the unit where clear voice commands come out to aid you. The HeartStart FRx even reminds you when to call EMS! If said personnel wants to hear a summary of the last data stored by the unit, just hold down the blue i-button until it starts beeping.
A PERSONAL COACH AT YOUR SIDE
The Philips SMART II pads enable the FRx to keep pace with responders by adjusting to their actions. Holding the blue i-button during the first 30 seconds of the patient care pause will activate CPR coaching on demand. A child/infant key, when plugged into the front of the unit signals to the defibrillator that you are treating a child and in turn adjusts the joules, providing special pad placement and CPR instructions. Training cartridges are available that provide patient care scenarios, with the shock function disabled, allowing individuals to get comfortable with the unit before the need arises to use it.
ACTIVE STATUS INDICATOR
The FRx AED has a green on/off button which activates voice instructions and visual icons. The blue i-button flashes when it has information for you, it also activates CPR coaching and assistance. The yellow caution light begins flashing as a reminder to not touch the patient and will stay solid when the orange shock button lights up and a shock is advised.
BATTERY LIFE
The standard M5070A battery has a stand-by shelf life of 4 years, an installed stand-by life of 4 years, or a listed operating capability of 200 shocks.
DESIGNED FOR THE REAL WORLD
Philips makes their AEDs one of the easiest to set up, as the pads and battery are already installed for user ease. The unit is already positioned in its carry case, just requiring the green tab to be pulled to launch the unit's initial self-testing system. SMART pads II come pre-connected in a semi-ridged case for added protection. These pads can be utilized for both adults and children, eliminating the expense of needing two separate sets of pads and saving time in a rescue!

The Philips FRx is patented with Quick Shock, making it among the fastest at delivering a shock after CPR, providing an increased probability of success. Your HeartStart FRx goes through a 120-point test before it leaves the factory. On the job, it conducts self-tests every single day, not just weekly. It performs over 80 different tests in all, even the pads are tested for readiness.
RUGGED AND DURABLE
The HeartStart FRx was built to surpass rigorous testing requirements: withstanding jetting water, crushing loads of up to 500 pounds, and a one meter drop onto concrete. It is also among one of the lightest units at 3.5lbs, making it easily transportable.

Philips provides a broad range of tools to help you efficiently and effectively configure your HeartStart Defibrillators. The infrared data cable enables you to download, transmit, share, analyze, and report resuscitation data right to your personal computer or smartphone.

Returns Policy
Product returns require the Seller’s prior written permission and issuance of a return material authorization number (RMA) before any product is returned and must be within 30 days. Contact the factory in your country for an RMA number. The factory will review your request. All approved returns must include the original invoice number, freight must be prepaid, and the return must be received less than 6 months after the original shipment date. Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of any goods. Goods that are made to order, special orders, of obsolete design, or used goods will not be accepted for return. All return credits, if, as, and when issued, and except in the case of Seller’s shipping error, will be subject to Seller’s normal minimum return charge of 30% . Final acceptance of returned goods is subject to examination at the factory, including such examination as is required to determine the condition of goods. All returned goods remain the customer’s property and responsibility until such time (if any) as a credit memo has been issued. Seller will notify Buyer with reasonable promptness if a decision has been made not to issue credit. Any refund issued will be less freight any and all applicable freight charges. Any debit note amount that is deducted from payment without an accompanying Seller-issued credit note will be re-invoiced with a $50.00 surcharge for each debit note item, plus any applicable interest charges. In such cases it will then be Buyer’s responsibility to provide disposal instructions within five days, failing which returned product and materials will be scrapped. *Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, fabric face masks may not be returned once shipped.

All orders which require shipping to a customer will automatically be sent prepaid with Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Freight charges vary depending on your shipment weight & dimensions, destination address and shipping agreement in place at time of order.
